CrossFit

CrossFit is our staple program. We have a CrossFit class every day Monday through to Saturday, at various times. 

We are a Mayhem Affiliate, running one of the best programs in the world. 

 

Our programs run in 12 week blocks

​

  • Progressive Overload: A structured increase in training intensity ensures consistent muscle strength and development gradually to decrease injuries and prevent burning out. 

  • Focused Intensity: Each day has a specific focus. Some days we focus on basic movements like Deadlifts, Squats and Bench Press. And some days are little more complex with Olympic lifting movements. Each class also has a high intensity conditioning phase. This helps round all training systems. 

  • Barbell Mastery: Engage in specialised barbell exercises, our coaches teach you the nitty gritty to make sure you nail movements like Snatches and Clean and Jerks, in a space and supportive environment.
